Because we source our curated pieces from global artisan partners, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-14 business days for standard delivery. True craftsmanship takes a little time, and we promise it’s worth the wait.

Do your cushion covers come with inserts?

To keep shipping sustainable and give you the freedom to choose your preferred level of firmness (such as feather or down-alternative), our cushion covers are sold without inserts. We recommend sizing up your insert by 1-2 inches for that plush, luxurious look.

How should I care for my VenaHaus pieces?

For our tufted cotton and linen items, we highly recommend gentle spot cleaning or dry cleaning to preserve their rich texture and intricate details.
