Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times To bring you unique and high-quality products at the best prices, we source our inventory from global warehouses.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service bottlenecks, or extreme weather conditions.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Order" page to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes VenaHaus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at venahausshop@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier first before reaching out to our support team.
